Professor Rodria Laline has been CEO of global research and development collaborations with IBM, ING, Hewlett-Packard, Digital Equipment Corporation, Honeywell Bull, Elsevier Science, Oracle Corporation, Siemens and Philips. She co-founded the Global Chipcard Alliance and is an Open Software Foundation board member.

Professor Paul Griffith is a Professor of Practice and the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Products at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School. He is a Business leader responsible for developing and implementing international strategies to deliver significant profit and revenue growth—extensive experience in leading culture change to deliver new service capabilities and business innovation.

Programme
The programme ” Revitalise Your Organisation: Inspire Sustainable Growth in a recovering economy” is an interactive learning experience tailored for senior executives and leaders of organisations. Participants learn practical skills and actionable insights from the illustrious TEXEM’s faculties. Leveraging TEXEM’s tested and proven methodology, participants will have their assumptions challenged and enhance their social capital through professional exchange with critical partners and colleagues. This programme aims to help executives and leaders develop strategies to drive effective and efficient achievement of goals and inspire sustainable growth. This programme will enhance the executives’ capability to make better decisions; it focuses on helping the participants develop a clearer understanding of how to thrive despite adversity.
THE TEXEM METHODOLOGY
TEXEM’s approach of using a range of learning tools comprising discussion, role play, presentations, company visits, short videos, and games improve; interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement credentials, decision-making capabilities, communication, leadership quotient and team spirit. TEXEM’s tested and proven methodology comprising of case studies will be deployed during the programme to encourage participants to enhance their cognitive skills, improve their analytical rigour, evaluation skills, and assist them in managing ambiguity better.
