Sir James Duddridge
Senior Member of Parliament, Former Minister for Africa at the Foreign Office
Sir James Duddridge KCMG is the Member of Parliament for Rochford and Southend East.
Sir James was first elected in May 2005, winning 17,874 votes. He was re-elected in 2010, 2015, 2017 and 2019, receiving 27,063 votes – or 58.7% of the vote – and a majority of 12,286.
Ambassador Charles Crawford
He is the founding partner of The Ambassador Partnership LLP, a communication and negotiation specialist, and a public speaking expert. A qualified barrister and mediator, he draws on 28 years of experience in the UK diplomatic service, much spent in former communist central and Eastern Europe.
Professor Roger Delves
Professor of Practice in Leadership, Associate Dean Ashridge Executive Education at Hult International Business School. Roger Delves is an Oxford Trained Professor. He became a board leader at age 30 and has helped hundreds of organisations to optimise their leadership quotient.

The programme ” Strategic Agility and Inspiring Change: Fueling Sustainable Success” is an interactive learning experience that is tailored for senior executives and leaders of organisations to excel.
