Professor Nicholas Cheeseman
Award-winning academic, Oxford alumnus, and former don of the University of Oxford, advisor to world leaders such as the late Kofi Annan. His work has been published in The Economist, Le Monde, Financial Times, Newsweek, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and on the BBC.
Nic Cheeseman (@fromagehomme) is Professor of Democracy at the University of Birmingham. Formerly the Director of the African Studies Centre at the University of Oxford, he is the Founding Director of Birmingham’s Centre for Elections, Democracy, Accountability, and Representation (CEDAR).

Dr. T. B. (Mac) McClelland, Jr.
Dr. T. B. (Mac) McClelland, Jr., is the Chairman of The Luxury Council International, a by-invitation professional organization whose 1100 brand members market products and services to high net worth individuals. He was previously General Manager of Enron Middle East and Group Director (Eastern Hemisphere) for J. Ray McDermott, S.A. Before joining McDermott, Dr. McClelland served for 20 years in senior leadership positions in the U.S. Marine Corps. Dr. McClelland holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership; a B.A. in Mathematics; a M.A. in Human Resources Management; and, a M.A. in International Policies Studies

Ambassador Charles Crawford
Advisor to Global Leaders including the Queen of England, Winner of the equivalent of two Oscars and Former UK Ambassador to Bosnia and Poland.
He is the founding partner of The Ambassador Partnership LLP, a communication and negotiation specialist and public speaking expert. A qualified barrister and mediator, he draws on 28 years of experience in the UK diplomatic service, much of it spent in former communist central and Eastern Europe.
