Dr. T. B. (Mac) McClelland, Jr., is the Chairman of The Luxury Council International, a by-invitation professional organization whose 1100 brand members market products and services to high net worth individuals. He was previously General Manager of Enron Middle East and Group Director (Eastern Hemisphere) for J. Ray McDermott, S.A. Before joining McDermott, Dr. McClelland served for 20 years in senior leadership positions in the U.S. Marine Corps. Dr. McClelland holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership; a B.A. in Mathematics; a M.A. in Human Resources Management; and, a M.A. in International Policies Studies.

Professor Rodria Laline has been CEO of global research and development collaborations with IBM, ING, Hewlett-Packard, Digital Equipment Corporation, Honeywell Bull, Elsevier Science, Oracle Corporation, Siemens and Philips. She co-founded the Global Chipcard Alliance and is an Open Software Foundation board member.

Programme
