I'm not surprised because I know the pedigree of TEXEM. The beautiful thing about TEXEM is that they adapt their Training courses to take into Cognisance the Environment in which they operate

I regard the These Executive Minds Executive Education programme as the best I have attended in recent times. Not one of them, but the very best as it was humanly perfect

I found this program very, very rewarding. In the past, I always had a way of thinking that the matter of sustainability-related only to policy matters but during this programme, it has been broken down into the company level and for me, there are several takeaways that I hope to begin implementing once I get back home.

My experience in this program has been quite enormous...
The organisers, we saw that they prepared for us, and they were quite good, quite sociable, and quite academic, and we had discussion platforms that were divided into groups. On a general note, TEXEM is laying a foundation that will grow like an iroko tree. On this note, I want to thank the CEO of TEXEM, Alim Abubakre and his colleagues for making it possible for us to attend.

The programme is an excellent one, it's a world-class Institute, looking at the quality of materials, the quality of the Facilitators, I think it's a world-class programme, it could be anywhere in the world, and it's a good standard
Glory O. IdehenDirector of E-Training, C.B.N.
It’s a three-day programme packed with different with different topics. I learnt about organisational dexterity, about exploitation and exploration aspect of an organisation and how to strike a balance, I also learnt about the 3 horizons of growth, I never knew that the fact that once in a while, you have to clear out, calm down to take serious decisions. One major key take away for me would be the fact that fear is our biggest enemy and once you can conquer fear, you are able to do anything. It has been an exciting and insightful 4 days for me, I got to network with people from back home that I didn’t now, but overall, it has been an enjoyable experience, learning from Cadbury, and how they have been able to stay in business all these years, that’s a classic example of a company or an organisation that is resilient, and that why I came, how do we become resilient in this age of disruption, so TEXEM, thank you
Ann IyonuExecutive Director, Goodluck Jonathan Foundation
I actually liked the programme, first of all we started with practical examples, we visited the Shakespeare area and we also visited Cardbury, you know, people who have implemented some of the things we are learning or have learnt from this programme, we saw it and we went back to learn more about the theories. One thing I liked so much was the fact that we had a lot of group studies, discussing issues, and people coming out to make presentations about results and what we have learnt, and it was done in such a way that we had an opportunity to meet with all other participants and we had a chance to talk, everyone had a chance to present, so the participation was excellent, everyone took part, and we all had a chance to network. So, I think it’s a very good programme. My favourite thing about the programme, was it drawing our attention change, change is constant, we need to make changes in our lives, businesses, and the way we do things, we need to constantly pay attention. Another thing I like about the programme apart from management in a very volatile, challenging, uncertain environment is the fact that in the evenings, we had other discussions and lectures, for example, on cyber security and mental health, which equipped us to know better about our environment and ourselves, those are the things that I would say made is very interesting

I liked so many things about the programme, it was very interactive and insightful, the lecturers were carefully selected, they came full of experiences, here we are, matching theories and experiences and also we interacted with all other colleagues from different private and public sectors and at the end of the day, we also carried out some exercises to test our understanding of the programme, I like the programme for its wide coverage, resourcefulness and interaction with colleagues from all other sectors. I have learnt that it is always good to have a continuous learning process, I have leant and would impact positively my work environment, I have learnt about Leadership, how to manage a leader and follower, and I am going to use this to improve my leadership skills when I get back home, and fill in the gaps I have had in the past and improve on the assumptions I have had before now, because I am better informed on how to progress going forward.

it’s highly intense, very impactful, not just work but for the life after work, how do you impact your life and environment, I have read a few things about TEXEM before coming here, but my expectations were surpassed by any standard and by any way. This training institute can compare with any other one all around world. The packaging, the faculty, everything is just excellent. More importantly, the module on resilience, the world is changing and changing very fast, it is those who are able to adapt to their environment that would be able to survive or be able to the next generation or the future. You must be able to reinvent yourself, and that’s a key message I have to leave here with, my business must be reinvented, my life must change and my environment as well, I must be able to prepare myself for the challenge ahead. It is a very significant message that I am leaving here with

I really enjoyed this programme, it was quite educating, I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end, and honestly, I would recommend whoever wants to come for a programme like this, should come to TEXEM. I learnt a lot about so many things, like Governance, risk, business, and politics. Politics, I was at the Shakespeare’s birthplace, and I saw a lot, I had never been there before, then business, we visited Cadbury world, I was highly impressed. And when it comes to the real thing that brought me here, it was fantastic, learnt about the cyber security and all. So, it was very important, I have a lot to take home
Mukhtar Sani HangaNon Executive Director, Jaiz Bank
I liked the approach taken by TEXEM towards this programme, it was quite different to what I am used to
Mustafa SamNon Executive Director, Jaiz Bank
I like the way the programme was structured, more often most programme would have had the guided tour on the last day which more often than not does not allow for full participation, but this one came on the first day and was an eye opener with the lecturer that was organised with it and allowed full participation of the participants and it eventually allowed for better bonding going into the programme. In the world of business uncertainty, the theme of the programme was very apt which was sustainability and resilience, and it is important for a company to continue to be a growing concern because those are the key issues that we need to look at, and there were a lot of exposures from the faculties that came to give us an overview, and it was participatory, it was something that gave us the opportunity to provide the solutions ourselves and not given to us. One of the major advantages of the programme was also the diversity of the participants, it was very practical and was something we could apply to work when we get back home
