What is TEXEM?

TEXEM, formerly known as These Young Minds, became TEXEM (These EXEcutive Minds) following a re-brand 2013. Working in partnership with some of the UK's top universities and other organisations, we provide innovative, tailored learning programmes for organisations and their executives from Africa.

Our main market is executive education. However, we also have the expertise to offer consultancy and carry out research projects.

Our programmes are conducted at some of the UK's most prestigious seats of learning, including Oxford University, Cambridge University, LSE and Manchester Business School and we are expanding our reach across Europe, to the Middle-East and to North America.

What language are the programmes conducted in?

While most of our executive development programmes are delivered in English, we offer a multi-lingual team with worldwide experience and can offer courses in nine languages, including French, Mandarin, Arabic, German and Portuguese.

Is accommodation supplied with the learning programmes?

Some courses do include accommodation. Of course, the price will vary depending on location and quality of accommodation. Alternatively, you may be able to arrange your own accommodation. Kindly contact us for your enquiries on accommodation for each course.

How do I pay?

Upon registration online, delegates receive an email confirming their application and details of how to confirm their participation by making payment for the cost of the programme via bank transfer.

Visa Support:

Upon receipt of payment, the senior executive will be introduced to a visa consultant, who will then offer free guidance (for those who require a visa) on the documents and procedure required for the visa application. Also, for those who require a visa, a visa letter confirming receipt of payment will be issued by our partner institution and will be dispatched via courier.

Will I receive a certificate?

Certificates are awarded to all participants who successfully complete the course.
