Developing and Leading High-Performance Organizations for Superlative Results (2 Days)

programme images

When you walk into a high performance organization, you can feel the difference. People are energised, they are confident about their organization’s strategy and the changes that are occurring rather than confused and resigned.

Leaders need to create an environment that fosters high performance. In order for individuals and teams to create value for an organization, the brainpower within each workgroup must be unleashed to create innovative products, services, and markets.

Organizational and people capabilities drive financial and operational performance and enable companies to execute their strategy, but most companies do not know how to measure these capabilities or which measures to take to improve them. This program is designed to equip executives with tools for driving organisational and people capabilities, which will in turn enhance performance.

Cost: £1500 (which covers study materials, meals during programme, group picture and certification).

Themes that would be covered include:

  • Leadership alignment
  • Design: Strategic focus
  • People: Powerful people strategy
  • Change management
  • Culture and Engagement

Why attend?

  • Recognize the characteristics of high-performing workgroups.
  • Encourage an environment that drives high performance.
  • Effectively drive and manage change.
  • Collaborate to solve complex problems.
  • Create a plan to eradicate the barriers of high performance.
  • Surround yourself with people who have skills that complement your own.
  • Lead more effectively and drive strategic direction by leveraging your strengths.
