John Gummer has 16 years of top level ministerial experience under his belt, including Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Minister for London, Employment Minister and Paymaster General for HM Treasury. He is a highly respected international negotiator and was awarded the accolade of 'Parliamentarian who did most for the Environment Internationally' by the BBC.

Since founding sustainable enterprise, Impact, in 1980, David has been developing new methodologies for business transformation including an organisational change programme for creating sustainable enterprise and attracting and retaining talent through community action learning.
